Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Kozhikode, India is seeking an Operations Executive to manage operational coordination, MIS reporting, and performance monitoring across locations. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented professionals who can drive process execution and ensure timely completion of tasks.

You will coordinate with Retail, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and other teams, analyze data, monitor SOPs, and support store openings and projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Retail Operations, Business Operations.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and lookup functions.
• Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation.
• Working knowledge of ERP/POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business and retail operations across locations.
• Ensure timely execution of operational requirements and follow upon pending activities.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse business and operational data.
• Analyse performance trends, identify deviations, and highlight improvement areas.
• Monitor implementation of company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with Retail, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and other departments.
• Track inventory movements, stock discrepancies, returns, dispatches, and warehouse-related issues.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills
