Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across locations from the Head Office in Kozhikode, India. The role focuses on operational coordination, MIS reporting, data analysis, and ensuring timely completion of business requirements.

You will work with Retail, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and other teams to monitor processes, drive improvements, and support store openings and launches.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations or Retail Operations.
• Strong MS Excel skills including formulas, PivotTables and lookups.
• Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of ERP/POS systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities
