Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Calicut is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. You will demonstrate products, engage customers, and maintain attractive in-store displays while ensuring store standards and timely trainings.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication, target achievement, and effective stock management within a retail environment in Calicut.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales with any B2C brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP, store etiquette, and timings.
• Complete trainings within defined timelines.
• Engage customers and introduce MYOP concepts and products.
• Demonstrate and present products, helping customers identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Conduct stock audits and place stock requests to HO.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed.

• Ensuring high level ofcustomer satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to SOPat store.
• Ensure adherence toStore etiquette and store timing.
• Completion of alltrainings within the defined timeline.
• Invitingcustomer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introducecustomer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising .

• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock .
• Handling, resolving customer complaintsand escalating to Cox debt if required.

Qualification
