Zusammenfassung

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is looking for a full-time retail sales associate at its outlet in Thalassery, Kerala. You will engage customers, present MYOP products, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work toward targets, and a passion for cosmetics/fragrance products. Freshers are welcome, and multilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Aufgaben

• Work toward monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Maintain store etiquette and timing.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Help customers identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Manage DSR and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO and validate/receive stock.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when required.
