Job summary

ScrapUncle seeks an Operations Executive in Gurgaon to drive field operations, assign daily pickup routes, and ensure timely pickups while maintaining high service standards.

You will lead field teams, monitor attendance and productivity, coordinate with support teams, and push for daily and monthly targets in a fast-paced recycling services business.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in managing field teams such as Pickers, Drivers, or Delivery Executives will be preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in an operations-focused and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily pickup routes to field teams.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled pickups and minimize missed pickups.
• Monitor Pickers/Drivers' attendance, productivity, and route performance.
• Track delayed, cancelled, and pending pickups and ensure quick resolution.
• Optimize routes to reduce travel time and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Operations teams for pickup-related issues.
• Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with the Fleet team.
• Prepare daily route and productivity reports.
• Handle customer escalations related to pickup delays or issues.
• Ensure field teams follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Achieve daily and monthly pickup and productivity targets.

The Route Manager is responsible for driving business growth, operational efficiency, and revenue performance within their assigned area. This role focuses on leading area-level sales initiatives, managing on-ground gig workers, and building trusted customer relationships to ensure seamless execution of Scrap Uncle's recycling services.
