Job summary

Zolo Stay Co- Living in Bengaluru is seeking a Warden to manage day-to-day hostel operations, ensuring student safety, discipline, and service delivery according to SOPs.

You will handle attendance, leave management, student support, room allotment, and daily needs while coordinating with security teams and health services to maintain a safe, well-run living environment.

Qualifications

• 02 years experience in hostel, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take daily attendance and update systems/registers.
• Track absentees, late entries, and leave movements.
• Ensure strict adherence to app-based leave system.
• Act as first point of contact for students.
• Conduct regular student interactions and capture feedback.
• Support onboarding, room allotment, and daily student needs.
• Log complaints accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with HK, R&M, and Security teams.
• Ensure closure confirmation from students.
• Conduct daily room audits (hygiene, safety, assets).
• Raise tickets for issues identified.
• Manage parcel entries and handovers.
• Maintain operational registers and reports.
• Identify unwell students and provide first-level assistance.
• Coordinate hospital visits and maintain health records.
