Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Boys hostel operations including room assignments, attendance tracking, and facility maintenance coordination.
• Enforce hostel rules and behavioural guidelines while mentoring students on discipline, time management, and personal responsibility.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, student grievances, and parent concerns with empathy and procedural fairness.
• Collaborate with campus security, housekeeping, and academic staff to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly living environment.
• Organize and supervise hostel events, wellness programs, and community-building activities to foster student engagement.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, student progress, and compliance with institutional policies.
