• Room Audits & Compliance: daily hygiene, safety, and asset checks; raise tickets as needed.
• Parcel & Records Management: manage entries, handovers, and operational reports.
• Health & Emergency Support: identify unwell students and assist with hospital visits.

Job Description – Warden / Ops Executive

Location- Banglore

Role Summary

The Warden is responsible for day-to-day hostel operations execution, ensuring student safety, discipline, and service delivery as per SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Attendance & Leave Management
  • Take daily attendance and update systems/registers
  • Track absentees, late entries, and leave movements
  • Ensure strict adherence to app-based leave system
• Student Support & Engagement
  • Act as first point of contact for students
  • Conduct regular student interactions and capture feedback
  • Support onboarding, room allotment, and daily student needs
• Complaint & Ticket Handling
  • Log complaints accurately in the system
  • Coordinate with HK, R&M, and Security teams
  • Ensure closure confirmation from students
• Room Audits & Compliance
  • Conduct daily room audits (hygiene, safety, assets)
  • Raise tickets for issues identified
• Parcel & Records Management
  • Manage parcel entries and handovers
  • Maintain operational registers and reports
• Health & Emergency Support
  • Identify unwell students and provide first-level assistance
  • Coordinate hospital visits and maintain health records
