The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least one year of experience in logistics operations, possess excellent coordination skills, and be proactive. Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time reporting of daily vehicles.
• Negotiate pricing with Vendors / Truck Owners.
• Coordinate with Vehicle owners/Drivers and Clients.
• Track Regular vehicles using GPS portal.
• Enter daily MIS for vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle and driver compliance as per policy.
• Provide tracking info to operations staff.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time reporting of daily vehicles (Tata Ace, 407, Eicher, etc).
• Negotiation on pricing with Vendors / Truck Owners for ad hoc requirements.
• Coordination with Vehicle owners/ Drivers and Clients for smooth operations.
• Tracking of Regular vehicles using the GPS portal.
• Daily MIS entry of the regular and ad-hoc vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle and driver compliance are met as per the company/client policy.
• Provide tracking information to operations staff as per their requirement.
