Job summary

GRIPIT is seeking a hands-on E-commerce operations specialist to own day-to-day activities across platforms in India. You will ensure smooth order flow, manage listings, inventory, pricing, and coordinate with vendors to deliver consistent customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, are proficient with marketplaces and order management systems, and excel at cross-functional coordination and problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly.

• Manage order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer order.
• Resolve operational issues and keep platforms running smoothly.
• Monitor performance and highlight gaps proactively.
