Job summary

Ixana is seeking a proactive Operations & Process Improvement professional to analyze workflows, map processes, and drive automation across sales, supply chain, and engineering teams in a startup setup.

You will lead initiatives, design standards, and coordinate with multiple functions to enhance data accuracy, reduce manual work, and boost productivity while supporting marketing and communications efforts with creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement through process audits and data analysis.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, implementation of standards and procedures, and continuous optimization efforts.
• Design and deploy automation solutions to reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and increase overall productivity.
• Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure seamless internal operations and effective communication.
• Support internal sales operations by managing sales data, coordinating with account managers, and assisting in customer onboarding and follow-up activities.
• Track multiple ongoing projects, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, standards, and operational processes.
• Provide performance insights and regular operational feedback to leadership teams.
• Assist in implementing and integrating new tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to communications, outreach, and marketing initiatives with creative problem-solving and execution.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, workflows, and decision-making across functions.
• Support special projects and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.

• Creative/design skills or experience supporting communications and marketing initiatives.
• Interest in semiconductors, deep tech, or emerging technologies.
