Job summary

Medibuddy is seeking a Backend Operations professional to support healthcare-related processes from our Thaltej, Ahmedabad office. The role involves handling voice and non-voice workflows, processing healthcare requests, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely turnarounds.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of experience in related spaces and strong communication and analytical skills. Freshers with the right traits are welcome; fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in backend operations, healthcare operations, customer support, BPO, or shared services.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, diagnostics, or health-tech preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and strong analytical skills may be considered.
• Mandatory languages- Hindi, English & Gujarati.

Responsibilities

• Handle backend healthcare operations through voice and non-voice processes.
• Process customer requests, healthcare cases, and transactions accurately within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy, and SLA targets.
• Identify discrepancies or process gaps and report them to the Team Lead.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems in real time.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Tech, and Quality whenever required for issue resolution.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Adapt to new tools, process changes, and automation initiatives.
