Job summary

Medibuddy in Delhi is seeking a graduate to join our backend operations team. The role involves handling voice and non-voice processes for healthcare operations, processing customer requests, and ensuring accuracy within set TATs. The ideal candidate has 0-3 years in related fields, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Hindi, English and Gujarati are mandatory. Freshers may be considered for this position, with on-site work at Sarita Vihar, Delhi and a focus on data confidentiality and

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in backend operations, healthcare operations, customer support, BPO, or shared services.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, diagnostics, or health-tech preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and strong analytical skills may be considered.
• Mandatory languages: Hindi, English & Gujarati.

Responsibilities

• Handle backend healthcare operations through voice and non-voice processes.
• Process customer requests, healthcare cases, and transactions accurately within defined TAT.
• Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy, and SLA targets.
• Identify discrepancies or process gaps and report to the Team Lead.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems in real time.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Tech, and Quality for issue resolution.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Adapt to new tools, process changes and automation initiatives.
