Position: Operations Analyst
Location: Anna Salai, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities
• Create, organize, and maintain documentation as well as reports
• Gather, analyze, and structure data for internal and client-facing requirements
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth project-execution
• Maintain accuracy in data entry, reporting, and operational tasks
• Support process improvements through analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interact with vendors - IT, hardware, housekeeping, office amenities, printers, etc. - for ensure smoother operations
• Understand hiring needs, develop JDs, post such needs onto online recruitment channels like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc., and shortlist candidates; conduct first-level interviews of candidates shortlisted
• Populate and submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Raise estimates, purchase orders and invoices on behalf of company
• Interact with customer-side executives / managers for tighter follow-up and to develop cordial relationships with clients
• Perform HR functions such as upkeep of attendance, leave records, issuance of interview call letters, offer letters, appointment letters and other such correspondence
• Maintain files on employees, vendors, customers, statutory agencies, Board-related minutes, etc.

Required Skills
