Role & responsibilities

4-6 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in operations, with experience and exposure to reporting to leadership level audience

• MBA or equivalent from recognized institutes. Certifications or qualifications related to operations are an added advantage


• Good understanding of MS Office, strong analytical reasoning, data interpretation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ownership and drive to deliver critical operational dashboards


• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Tableau, and VBA will be an added advantage


• Knowledge of MS Office with intermediate to advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word is a must
