Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad seeks an experienced operations professional to drive reporting to leadership, develop dashboards, and streamline processes in a professional services setting.

Ideal candidate has 4–6 years total experience (2+ in operations), an MBA, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Tableau, ServiceNow, and Generative AI tools for prompting. The role requires excellent communication and program management, with on-site timings of 11 AM–8 PM.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years total experience with minimum 2 years hands-on in operations and exposure to reporting to leadership level
• MBA or equivalent from recognized institutes. Certifications or qualifications related to operations are an added advantage
• Good understanding of MS Office, strong analytical reasoning, data interpretation, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ownership and drive to deliver critical operational dashboards
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Tableau, and VBA will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office with intermediate to advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, that reflect logical thinking
• Understanding of operations in a professional services firm reporting, operations, analysis, and communications
• Excellent program management skills, adept in probing skills to understand business needs and goals, challenges the status quo, and provide alternatives
• Ability to focus on the end goal and quickly adapt to changing business priorities
• A team player who thinks creatively and strategically, and is adept with data analytical and visual skills
• Hands-on experience working on Generative AI tools. Exposure to prompt engineering is an added advantage
