Job summary

Invok Hr is seeking a transformation leader to drive end-to-end global business improvement programs across multiple manufacturing locations in India. You will lead initiatives to improve OEE, reduce waste, and optimize conversion costs while embedding quality and safety improvements.

You will work closely with Plant Managers to identify systemic losses and bottlenecks, and coach teams on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
