Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management in India seeks a Senior Operational Excellence professional to lead global transformation across multiple manufacturing sites. You will drive OEE, productivity, quality, safety, and waste reduction while guiding data-driven improvements.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC, coach teams, lead change, and collaborate with plant leaders and cross-functional teams to sustain performance improvements.

• Lead global operational excellence and transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, quality, safety, waste reduction, and conversion costs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvement strategies.
