Job summary

Unison International Consulting in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Lead Operational Excellence to drive end-to-end process transformation and scalable operations. You will design governance, SOPs and KPIs while steering cost optimization and productivity gains across cross-functional teams in a technology-driven setting.

The role requires 8–12 years in OE/Process Excellence with strong Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or BPM expertise, and experience in analytics, project and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Operational Excellence / Process Excellence / Business Transformation / Consulting.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or BPM.
• Experience in process mapping, governance and KPI management.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to technology-enabled operations, startups, marketplaces or customer/workforce operations preferred.
