Job summary

Newday Hr Solution seeks an experienced OT professional to oversee daily operations across General, Ortho, Cardiac, Neuro and Gynae departments. You will ensure NABH compliance, sterilization standards, surgical scheduling, staff supervision, equipment management and infection control.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership of a multi-specialty OT team, a robust protocol mindset, and the ability to streamline processes in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
