Job summary

Graphic Era is seeking an OT technician to prepare sterile fields and assist surgeons during procedures in a busy surgical dept. You will arrange instruments, ensure aseptic technique, and coordinate with the surgical team to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires 3+ years of scrub-side OT experience in a large hospital and familiarity with NABH standards and OT documentation. Exposure to multi-speciality OT is a plus, with emphasis on safety and proper record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of scrub-side OT experience in a 100+ bed hospital.
• Experience in multi-speciality OT preferred.
• Knowledge of NABH standards and OT documentation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field before and during surgical procedures.
