Job summary

Surya Hospital in Pune seeks an experienced nursing professional to manage patient care in the Operation Theater (OT) and supervise OT staff. You will ensure smooth workflow and safety during procedures.

Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other medical staff to plan complex surgeries, monitor vitals, and maintain accurate patient records. Candidates with 10–20 years in Critical Care/OT/Nursing and a B.Sc Nursing are preferred; DNB is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in Critical Care/Operation Theatre/Surgical/Gnm/Nursing field.
• B.Sc Nursing degree or equivalent qualification; DNB preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of gnm nursing principles and practices; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
