Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or MBA in Hospital Management.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in hospital operations and healthcare administration.
• Exposure to NABH accreditation processes is preferred.
• Proven leadership in multispecialty hospitals or fertility/ healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for complete hospital operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of clinical, administrative, and support service departments.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, quality initiatives, and performance management.
• Monitor and improve patient experience, service delivery standards, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, safety protocols, and healthcare policies.
• Collaborate with consultants, medical teams, HR, finance, and support functions.
• Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity, and staff performance management.
• Manage hospital administration, facility operations, biomedical waste management, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and cost optimization strategies.
• Handle crisis management, operational escalations, and risk mitigation effectively.
• Support hospital expansion plans, strategic projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational MIS reports and present performance updates to senior management.
