Job summary

Nextenti Tech is seeking an experienced Hospital Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth patient flow from admission to discharge and optimal resource utilization.

You will lead operations and administrative teams, coordinate across clinical and non-clinical departments, monitor budgets, KPI metrics, and drive continuous process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree such as MHA / MBA Hospital Management / MBA Healthcare Management preferred.
• Experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, or hospital management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Lead, guide, and mentor the operations and administrative teams.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage manpower, infrastructure, equipment, and other operational resources effectively.
• Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor patient complaints, service issues, and operational bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and review operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support senior management in achieving hospital operational and organizational goals.
