• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Manage manpower planning, resource utilization, and operational requirements.
• Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Prepare MIS reports and present operational performance to senior management.
• Support process improvement, cost optimization, and quality initiatives.
• Lead and mentor operations teams to achieve organizational objectives.
