Job summary

Aggreko Energy Rental India in Pune is looking for a Lead Operations Excellence to drive world-class manufacturing by leading improvement programs focused on productivity and cost reduction. You’ll design the PQSDCM Dashboard and continuously enhance it each quarter.

You will guide Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping projects, analyze operational data to spot trends, improve OEE, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain to lift process capability

Qualifications

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• MBA preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing, operations or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience leading operational excellence and transformation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organizations Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Establish standardized processes, governance, and performance management systems.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and problem-solving initiatives.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Improve labour productivity, asset utilization, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Lead projects focused on reducing operational expenses while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve process capability.
• Lead organizational change management efforts associated with transformation projects.
• Support Industry 4.0, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to improve operational decision-making.
