Ugaoo Agritech in Talegaon, Maharashtra, is seeking an Executive - Operations Excellence to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and supply chain. You will lead time studies, support lean and Kaizen initiatives, and analyze processes to raise productivity and quality.

The role requires a degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Production Engineering and 2–4 years in operations excellence or related fields, with hands-on time motion studies and proficiency in MS Excel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Hands-on exposure to Time Motion Study, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and productivity improvement techniques.
• Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, food processing, or supply chain-driven organizations is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn, drive improvements, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
