Job summary

Aviva Life Insurance Company India Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to achieve insurance premium targets through direct sales and effective customer onboarding.

You will build a strong pipeline, deliver month-on-month sales, and adhere to sales processes while focusing on persistency and reinstatement targets. Having two-wheelers would be an added advantage; interview slots are 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; venue Aviva India, MG road, Bengaluru.

• Responsible for achieving insurance premium targets through direct sales routes and delivery on customer retention targets
• Effectively deliver sales target month on month by managing the sales and onboarding of customers
• Conceptualize and execute activities to create a good pipeline of leads for closure
• Ensure full adherence to the sales and activity management process
• Focus on persistency and reinstatement metrics (13th and 25th months)

• Responsible for achieving Insurance premium targets through direct sales routes & delivery on customer retention targets
• Effectively deliver sales target month on month by managing the sales and Onboarding of customers

• Ensure full adherence to the sales & activity management process
• Focus on 13th & 25th months Persistency and Reinstatement Bucket
