Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
• Check and tag baggage, ensuring proper weight and size limits are met
• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircrafts
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings throughout their journey
• Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and security regulations set by the company and airport authorities
