Job summary

Airstriprealtech in Pune hires Airport Ground Staff to greet passengers, assist at check-in and boarding, and support smooth operations in shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and arrival areas
• Check passengers' tickets, passports, and other travel documents
• Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
• Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals
• Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure a smooth flow of operations
• Adhere to all airport and airline safety regulations and procedures
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the airport management team.
