We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers and airline crew members at the airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers upon arrival and departure
• Check-in passengers and their baggage according to airline procedures
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and efficient boarding process
