• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems and procedures.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting and welcoming passengers, and assisting them with check-in, baggage drop, and other airport procedures.
• Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and other airport facilities.
• Conducting security checks and screening of passengers and their baggage.
• Assisting passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled passengers.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the airport premises by monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities.
• Coordinating with other airport staff, including ground crew, cabin crew, and airline officials, to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintaining accurate records of passenger information and flight details.
