Key Responsibilities

• 1. Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas.
• 2. Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information.
• 3. Check and verify passenger tickets and travel documents.
• 4. Assist passengers with baggage check-in and boarding procedures.
• 5. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the airport and its facilities.
• 6. Coordinate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• 7. Handle passenger complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• 8. Maintain accurate records and reports of all activities and incidents at the airport.
