Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the aircraft
• Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground crew, to ensure smooth and timely operations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of passenger and cargo information

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. The selected candidate will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime during peak travel periods.
