Job summary

Hyrix in Navi Mumbai is seeking an inbound Banking CSR to handle customer service calls and resolve inquiries in a banking BPO environment.

Location is Ghansoli/Navi Mumbai with typical day shift. Graduate with 6 months+ experience and strong communication are preferred; banking/BPO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience.
