Job summary

Hyrix in Mumbai is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our Customer Service team within a 24/7 rotational shift model. The role focuses on solving queries and handling calls from customers, ensuring timely resolutions and data accuracy. Location is Malad on the Western line; 5 days of work with 2 rotational offs.

Salary ranges from 21k to 26k per month. Fresh graduates are welcome; SSC/HSC with experience or relevant coursework is considered.

Qualifications

• SSC with 1 year international BPO experience or HSC with 6 months experience.
• Graduation freshers are also acceptable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Solve customer queries and provide resolutions.
• Handle incoming calls and outgoing follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
