Role Overview We are hiring for our Outbound Process team based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time position working on the US/Night shift, offering immediate joining opportunities for freshers and candidates with minimal BPO experience. You will be responsible for managing outbound customer interactions and achieving process-specific targets.

Key Responsibilities • Execute outbound calls and customer interactions following quality standards and call scripts • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in company systems • Achieve assigned targets for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics • Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information or solutions • Follow compliance guidelines and company policies during all customer interactions • Participate in training sessions and process improvements • Report performance metrics and escalate issues to team leads as required

Must-Have Skills • Graduation from any stream (mandatory) • Fresher or minimum 6 months of BPO experience • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to work on US/Night shift and rotational off days • All required documents (ID proof, address proof, educational certificates) ready for submission

Good to Have • Previous call center or customer service experience • Experience with CRM tools or customer management systems • Familiarity with data entry and typing speed of 40+ WPM • Willingness to work on rotational schedules
