Job summary

Hyrix is hiring for a Voice Process - CSR role located in Vashi. The position involves mortgage and insurance background verification and related support processes. You will work in shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, with fixed Saturdays and Sundays off.

Candidates should be 18–38 years old and hold at least a high school diploma or graduation, with prior BPO experience of 6 months. Rounds include HR and Operations during the interview process.
