Job summary

MNR Solutions in India (Noida - Sector 63) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to interviews and selection.

You will source candidates through job boards, social networks, and networking; screen resumes; conduct interviews; and partner with hiring managers to meet hiring needs. This role is based in-office with four openings for graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process: You will oversee the entire hiring process from job postings to interviews, ensuring each step is smooth and efficient.
• Source candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes: Review and assess applicants' resumes to shortlist the best candidates for further evaluation.
• Conduct interviews: Engage with prospective employees through interviews to evaluate their skills and cultural fit within the company.
