Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring top quality service to both internal and external customers for LabTech instrument with high productivity.
• Improve customer experience through technical solutions, communication skills, and proactive planning.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of analytical chemistry instruments and LabTec scales/products.
• Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs.
• Take ownership and deliver on the key performance indicators for business and operations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organizational values through on‑field services and communication skills.
• Deliver on good documentation practices as per organizational plan.

To efficiently deliver Service Support for Anachem/Labtec products in the NCR region with a customer‑centric approach and high integrity.
