Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG is seeking a service-focused professional to plan and execute field service on Anachem instruments including titrators and pH meters across Bengaluru. You will engage with pharma, chemical, life sciences, and research labs to ensure top-tier service and timely installations.

Role emphasizes proactive planning, strong technical ability, and customer relationship building, with emphasis on documentation and KPI delivery for service performance.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute weekly/monthly service calls with minimal escalations.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Anachem instruments (Titrator, pH meter, DO, density, melting point, spectrophotometer).
• Build and maintain customer relationships with pharma, chemical, life sciences, and research labs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all on-site service calls weekly/monthly, ensuring high quality for internal and external customers.
• Provide technical solutions and proactive communication to improve customer experience.
• Lead and monitor service KPIs and timely PMs/installations; ensure service revenue targets are met.

Job description

1. 1. Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for Anachem Instrument(Titrator & PH meter.2.
2. 2. Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning3.
3. 3. Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Anachem products like Titrator , PH meter , DO ,Density , Meting point ,Spectro photo meter etc4.
4. 4. Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs 5.
5. 5. Take ownership and deliver on the Key peformance indicators for business and operations6.
6. 6. Responsible to build customer relationship7.
7. 7. Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills8.
8. 8. Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan.
