Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a service professional for Bangalore/Karnataka region to plan and execute service calls on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring top-quality support for Anachem instruments such as titrators and pH meters. You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge and generate service leads while maintaining excellent documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or BE in Electronics/Instrumentation with 3–5 years' experience, English communication skills, and familiarity with

• Diploma or BE in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs experience in similar field.
• Sound knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of instruments per quality docs.
• Experience with analytical instruments is an added advantage; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all service calls weekly/monthly without escalation.
• Provide top-quality service to internal and external customers for Anachem instruments.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of Anachem products like titrator and pH meters.
• Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs.
• Own KPIs and deliver on business and operations targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and lead LAB service performance.
• Ensure good documentation practices and timely deliverables.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for Anachem Instrument(Titrator & PH meter.
• Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
• Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Anachem products like Titrator , PH meter , DO ,Density , Meting point ,Spectro photo meter etc
• Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
• Take ownership and deliver on the Key peformance indicators for business and operations
• Responsible to build customer relationship
• Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills
• Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan.
• Expected Key Deliverable: Timely PM/Response time /Installation in time/service revenue to be achieved/customer satisfaction/other service Kpi's
• Assigned Territory-
• Products Handling - Titrator & PH meters
• Allocated Target - As defined by organization
• Industrial Segment Cater to - Pharma, Chemical, Life sciences, Research labs

What You Need to Succeed

Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar field

Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.

Experience on Analytical Instruments would be a added advantage. Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage
