Qualifications

Job Description Officer- Sustainability & ESG

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sustainability professional with 1-2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support collection and compilation of sustainability data from manufacturing sites and corporate functions.

2. Maintain monthly trackers related to energy, water, fuel, waste, and environmental performance.

3. Assist in preparation of Sustainability Reports, BRSR disclosures, customer questionnaires, and ESG assessments.

4. Support greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data collection and carbon footprint calculations.

5. Coordinate with internal departments for sustainability-related information.

6. Assist in implementation and monitoring of waste management, recycling, and environmental improvement initiatives.

7. Support supplier sustainability assessments and stakeholder engagement activities.

8. Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and management updates.

9. Conduct research on ESG regulations, sustainability trends, and industry best practices.

10. Support sustainability awareness programs, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelors / Masters in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering or Life sciences.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, EHS, Environment, Climate Change, or related fields.
• Exposure to sustainability reporting frameworks, ESG data management, or EHS programs will be an added advantage
