Job summary

National Health And Education Society in Mumbai is seeking an ESG specialist to lead sustainability integration across hospital operations. You will work with the ESG team to advance goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare regular ESG reports.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Environmental Science; Masters preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in sustainability or ESG roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hospital ESG team to integrate sustainability into hospital strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance sustainability goals.
• Ensure compliance with ESG-related regulations and standards such as GRI / others
• Prepare ESG reports, including tracking KPIs and metrics.
• Drive initiatives related to carbon neutrality, energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainable procurement based on directions from management.
• Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Organize awareness campaigns and training programs to embed a culture of sustainability within the organization.
