Associate Director ESG

We are currently hiring for an exciting leadership opportunity with a reputed company for the position of Associate Director ESG based at the Corporate Office, Noida.

Location: Corporate Office, Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's ESG strategy across manufacturing sites.
• Lead sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction, renewable energy integration, water conservation, and waste minimization.
• Ensure ESG governance, regulatory compliance, BRSR reporting, and sustainability disclosures.
• Drive supplier ESG assessments and sustainable procurement practices.
• Implement ESG data platforms, dashboards, and digital reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, and Engineering teams to embed ESG principles into business operations.
• Engage with investors, ESG rating agencies, auditors, and senior leadership.
• Build and mentor the ESG team while driving an organization-wide sustainability culture.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Sustainability.
• 1218 years of experience in ESG/Sustainability within the manufacturing sector.
