Job summary

AP Management Consultants seeks an experienced Supply Chain/Store role in Chengalpattu. You will manage inventory, coordinate goods receipt, and support production with timely material issuance. The position requires hands-on SAP MM experience and meticulous stock control in an FMCG setting.

Role involves warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Candidates with 4+ years in supply chain are preferred and relocation to Chengalpattu is welcome.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain management or related field
• FMCG industry experience preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Chengalpattu

Responsibilities

• Inventory management including stock control, monitoring and reconciliation
• SAP MM / Inventory / GRN posting and related transactions
• Verify Goods Receipt and Material Receipt and PO verification
• Handle material issue to production and FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Oversee warehouse and stores operations, storage planning and housekeeping
• Coordinate order fulfilment, dispatch planning and documentation
• Perform stock verification through cycle counts and audits
• Ensure safe material handling and PPE compliance

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Inventory Management stock control, stock monitoring, inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation.
• SAP (MM / Inventory / GRN Posting) GRN entry, material issue posting, stock transfer, inventory transactions.
• Goods Receipt & Material Receipt – PO verification, gate entry, COA verification, physical quantity checking.
• Material Issue to Production – issuing materials as per indent, FIFO/FEFO handling, SAP issue posting.
• Warehouse / Stores Operations – storage planning, stock movement control, housekeeping, shelf-life monitoring.
• Order Fulfilment & Dispatch Coordination – finished goods handling, truck planning, dispatch documentation.
• Stock Verification & Documentation – cycle count, physical stock audit, inventory reports, transaction records.
• Material Handling & Safety – safe storage, PPE compliance, handling procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Industry Preferred: FMCG

Location: Chengalpattu (Candidates who are willing to relocate are also apply)

Experience: 4+ Years in Supply chain management or related field is preferred
