Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Delhi is seeking a logistics-oriented professional to manage engineering stores. The role involves handling store activities, ledger maintenance, and timely dispatch of materials to sub-contractors with ERP support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering store handling and be proficient in ERP systems to ensure accurate inventory records and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering Store Handling.
• Familiar with ERP systems and material ledger processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned stores related activities independently.
• Timely deliver sub-contracting materials to vendors and maintain ledger.
• Dispatch materials to sub-contractors after following procedures.
• Prepare e-way bill in the system.
• Maintain material receipts, issues and returns in ERP.
• Keep store inventory within desired levels.
• Coordinate with QA, Packing, Production and Purchase departments.
• Record daily material consumption and reconcile with stock in ERP.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and dispatch of material.
• Ensure dispatch details are entered in ERP on time.
• Execute all dispatch consignments to suppliers and vendors.

Role & responsibilities

• To handle assigned stores related activities independently.
• To timely deliver sub-contracting materials to vendors and maintain its ledger.
• To timely dispatch the material at desired sub-contractor after adhering to the procedure.
• To prepare e-way bill in the system.
• Material receipts, issues and return to be maintained.
• Ensure the store inventory is maintained within the desired level.
• Coordination with other departments like QA, Packing, Production and purchase.
• Ensure daily material consumption & entry in the ERP system to verify it with actual stock.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of material as well as dispatch material.
• Ensure timely entry of stores dispatch details in ERP System.
• Timely & proper execution of all dispatch consignments to suppliers & vendors.
• Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates must have an Experience in Engineering Store Handling.
