• Plant Maintenance: Manage routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance for transformers, VCBs, ACBs, LT/HT panels, VFDs, and heavy-duty industrial motors.
• Power Distribution: Monitor load balancing, energy efficiency initiatives, and continuous power availability across all production blocks and solvent storage areas.
• Troubleshooting & RCA: Lead root cause analysis for electrical and automation faults to prevent recurring downtime in critical production lines.
• Regulatory & cGMP Compliance: Maintain accurate electrical logbooks, documentation, and SOPs aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Safety & EHS: Ensure strict adherence to hazardous area classifications (explosion-proof/flameproof fittings), electrical safety protocols, and EHS guidelines

• Power Distribution: Monitor load balancing, energy efficiency initiatives, and continuous power availability across all production blocks and solvent storage areas.
• Troubleshooting & RCA: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for electrical and automation faults to prevent recurring downtime in critical production lines.
• Regulatory & cGMP Compliance: Maintain accurate electrical logbooks, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
