Job summary

Aizant is seeking an Executive in PPIC to orchestrate production planning, material requirements, and supply chain coordination across production, warehouse, QC and project management teams. You will translate forecasts into production plans, generate RM/PM material plans, and lead ERP data integrity for BOMs and routing.

The role emphasizes inventory optimization, yield reconciliation, waste reduction and real-time bottleneck resolution to support on-time delivery and efficient plant operation.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years core PPIC experience in pharmaceutical, chemical or FMCG sectors.
  • ERP experience with SAP PP/MM, Oracle or similar systems; ERP implementation experience is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).

Responsibilities

  • Translate sales forecasts into Monthly and Weekly Production Plans (MPS).
  • Generate RM/PM plans to ensure zero downtime while lean inventory is maintained.
  • Coordinate daily dispensing plans with Warehouse to align with production capacity.
  • Monitor QC release of RM and finished goods to meet delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Project Management to integrate new launches into schedules.
  • Act as liaison between Production, Quality and Supply Chain to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Optimize inventory levels, safety stocks and minimize capital blockage.
  • Conduct batch-wise yield reconciliations and report deviations from standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve material utilization.
  • Serve as SME for PPIC in ERP deployment/upgrades and ensure BOM/routing data integrity.
  • Continuously refine planning parameters to improve plant efficiency.

As an Executive in PPIC, you will be the central nervous system of our manufacturing operations. You will orchestrate the flow of materials and information from demand forecasting through to final quality release. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor for inventory optimization and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across Production, Warehouse, QC, and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand & Production Planning: Translate sales forecasts into actionable Monthly and Weekly Production Plans (MPS).
  • Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Generate Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) plans to ensure zero production downtime while maintaining lean inventory levels.
  • Dispensing Coordination: Collaborate with the Warehouse (WH) to create and execute daily dispensing plans aligned with the production floors capacity.
  • QC & QA Integration: Monitor and expedite QC release of raw materials and finished goods to meet delivery timelines.
  • PM Coordination: Work with Project Management to integrate new product launches or trial batches into the existing production schedule.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve bottlenecks in real-time.
  • Inventory Control: Optimize stock levels, manage safety stocks, and identify slow-moving/non-moving inventory to minimize capital blockage.
  • Yield Reconciliation: Conduct detailed batch-wise yield reconciliations; investigate and report any deviations from standard theoretical yields.
  • Waste Reduction: Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve material utilization.
  • ERP Implementation: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PPIC module during ERP deployment or upgrades. Ensure data integrity for Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine planning parameters (lead times, batch sizes, and cycle times) to improve overall plant efficiency.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-4 years of core experience in PPIC, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or FMCG sectors.
  • ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP (PP/MM modules), Oracle, or similar ERP systems; specific experience in ERP implementation is a significant plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Data modeling).
