Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple functions, maintaining safety stock, generating MRPs, and monitoring supplier performance to optimize operations in a GMP-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of PPIC/Production Planning experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of GMP, production planning, inventory management, and MRP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

• Prepare and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
• Develop manufacturing schedules and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for smooth production execution.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain safety stock of materials and finished goods.
• Generate MRP and ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, production progress, downtime, and schedule adherence.
• Support continuous improvement in planning and inventory management processes.
